Departing: Greystone Baptist Church parking lot promptly at 4:30pm on Friday, April 28th, 2006.
Returning: Around 3pm to Greystone Baptist Church on Sunday, April 30th, 2006.
Activities: Advancement skills, touring Fort Branch; summer camp swim test and tenderfoot water safety requirements
Cost: $25 per person

Pre-Trip Checklist

In preparation for this trip, please follow this checklist:

  1. Confirm your attendance with the Scoutmasters
  2. Complete, with your parent or guardian, an emergency medical treatment form, if you have not completed one or if your current one is more than one year old
  3. Have your parent or guardian sign the permission slip
  4. No later than April 17, 2006, turn in your emergency medical treatment form (if applicable), signed permission slip, and the activity fee
  5. Pack your gear, keeping these suggestions in mind:
    • Pack your gear for a two-night car camping trip, including patrol food needs.
    • You do not need to pack your backpack; instead, a duffle bag lined with a garbage bag will work perfectly.
    • The activities this weekend will absolutely require you to bring mess kit, first aid kit, compass, toiletries, changes of clothes, and swimming trunks.
    • Remember you will need to have a Patrol-wide meal plan in place for 4 meals (Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Saturday; Breakfast Sunday). Dinner Friday night will be On the Road.
