Pre-Trip Checklist
In preparation for this trip, please follow this checklist:
- Confirm your attendance with the Scoutmasters
- Complete, with your parent or guardian, an emergency medical treatment form, if you have not completed one or if your current one is more than one year old
- Have your parent or guardian sign the permission slip
- No later than Mon, 2/2/10, turn in your emergency medical treatment form (if applicable), signed permission slip, and the activity fee

This is a 2-night, 3-day camp-out in Summer Camp conditions. Pack appropriately, including:
- All essential items (flash light, first aid kit, water, compass, etc) and weather appropriate clothes.
- All items in a duffle bag. Enclose individual items in water tight bags (example: each day's clothes in Zip-lock bags).
