Pre-Trip Checklist
In preparation for this trip, please follow this checklist:
- Confirm your attendance with the Scoutmasters
- Complete, with your parent or guardian, an emergency medical treatment form, if you have not completed one or if your current one is more than one year old
- Have your parent or guardian sign the permission slip
- No later than Mon, 19 December 2011, turn in your emergency medical treatment form (if applicable), signed permission slip, and the activity fee
- Pack your gear, keeping these suggestions in mind:
- Carry a minimal day pack of the Ten Essential Items

Family Outing
This is a family outing: parents and siblings are invited to attend! You do not have to ski or board to attend; discounts apply to non-skiiers as described below.
Payment
By 1/9/12, pay Troop 388 the amount of $109 to cover transportation, Resort entrance fee, and ski/board equipment rental.
If you do not plan to ski/board, subtract $49.
If you plan to ski AND you have your own equipment, subtract $15.
If you plan to ski AND you would like to join a group ski lesson (not a private troop lesson, a public group lesson), add $19.
Additional Equipment Rental
If you do not have your own personal gear, then you will need to rent through our group outfitter. Visit Action Ski & Outdoor Tours in Cameron Village to reserve your equipment.
Prices as follows:
